Chloé Delhaye joined LIME in October 2019, where she specialises in the various aspects of corporate law practised by the firm.
About
Chloé Delhaye is focusing on various aspects of corporate and financial law, including M&A and investment work, group structuring and functionning, joint ventures, carve-outs, private equity and venture capital as well as corporate litigation.
She collaborates regularly with Julie-Anne Delcorde, Thérèse Loffet and Thierry Tilquin advising companies from a wide range of sectors with a focus on startups/scale-ups and had the opportunity to assist various start-ups since their creation throughtout the different phases of their evolution.
Since 2022, she has also been regularly seconded to the legal department of a real estate subsidiary of a major insurance group, which has allowed her to develop a practical approach, particularly in various intra-group restructuring operations, as well as a sound knowledge of the real estate sector.
She has also acquired a good knowledge in commercial law and corporate litigation, notably by assisting clients regarding forced shares buyback.
Chloé Delhaye holds a Master's degree in Economic and Social Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2019 - Magna cum laude) as well as a Master 2 - Business Lawyer from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She works in French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
Chloé joined LIME in October 2019, directly after obtaining her diplomas.
