Jeanne Charlier focuses on corporate and financial law, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial litigation.
Jeanne works with Julie-Anne Delcorde, Thérèse Loffet, Thierry Tilquin and Cécile De Boe on these various matters.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Law from the University of Liège (2024), as well as a Master’s degree in Management Science obtained at HEC Liège (2025 - Magna cum laude). During her studies, she also participated in a one-semester exchange programme at National Sun Yat-sen University in Kaohsiung (Taiwan).
She works in French, English and Dutch.
