Louca Ughi is focusing on corporate and financial law, including M&A, group structuring and functioning.
He collaborates with Julie-Anne Delcorde, Thérèse Loffet and Thierry Tilquin on various aspects of corporate law, including M&A and investment rounds for several companies.
Louca has a keen interest in financial markets and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst, Level 1 (2025).
He holds a master's degree in law, with a specialisation in corporate law, from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (2023) and a master's degree in management sciences from the Louvain School of Management (LSM) (2022).
He works in French and English.
Louca joined LIME in October 2023 after having completed an internship there as a student in 2022.
