LIME assists the Union Professionnelle du Secteur Immobilier/Beroepsverenining van de Vastgoedsector (UPSI/BVS) for the amendment to the Law of 19 April 2014 on alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers, enabling joint ventures and club deals not qualifying as alternative investment funds (AIFs) to opt for the Specialized Real Estate Investment Fund status (FIIS/GVBF).

LIME helped Lab Box, a subsidiary of D'Ieteren, to close yet another mobility deal as Lab Box bought CarASAP, a company offering private drivers services to businesses.

The new Companies and Associations Code was just voted in the plenary session of the House of representatives. The final text includes a complete book 6 dedicated to cooperative companies, discussed and prepared for many months with the contribution of LIME.

LIME assisted Lab Box and Poppy Mobility in concluding an agreement with Zipcar, whose vehicles will be replaced, from summer 2019, by Poppy red cars, a brand already developed in Antwerp.

LIME assists AG Real Estate, subsidiary of AG Insurance, for the negotiation and signing of an agreement relating to the contribution by AG Insurance of its property in the Woluwe Shopping Center (Brussels) to the Belgian specialized real estate investment fund (FIIS/GVBF) Eurocommercial Properties Belgium NV, subsidiary of the Dutch listed company Eurocommercial Properties N.V., and in the structuring of the partnership between AG Insurance and Eurocommercial.

LIME assists the French listed company Galimmo SCA, dedicated to retail real estate investments, for the Belgian part of the financing of the acquisition of a commercial complex in Creil (France).
